Happy New Year to you all. It has been great to see the course so busy over the holiday period and the fairways hanging in with a tinge of green. 

We have been and are still working on preparing for the Pro - Am. Hopefully the weather will be on our side so we can show off our course to the Pros and visitors on the day. 

As you would have noticed the putting green and 16th green in particular have taken a big hit with dry patch. Unfortunately, these areas are very hard to manage as they are water repellent. We have been working hard on these areas to try and get some recovery and we are seeing improvements but it will take time. 

Dads army have returned to help out weekly. Thank you for the effort and time you put in to our golf course, it is much appreciated.

Bring your own lunch to enjoy in the clubhouse afterwards.

All ladies very welcome. 

It is the best entertainment in Hanmer and a terrific way to get to know other members, and it is followed by a sociable drink in the sunshine. No matter what your skill level, all members are very welcome.
