Club Championship Update

There are a number of games yet to be played in the first round. Please arrange to play your fixture so we can continue with the competition. 

Midweek Mixed Golf Update

This competition will be played as usual on Wednesday 7th June but the clubhouse will be closed afterwards for the funeral service of Lynn Lunn.

Ladies Pennants Golf Update

The latest round of the North Canterbury Pennant was played at Hanmer Springs Golf Club on Monday this week. As the host club, this was a non-scoring bye round for HSGC.

The results did work favourably for our ladies, and they remain at the joint top of this competition.

Thank you to all the volunteers for making this a successful day.
 
 

Course Record

The current record for lowest 18-hole score at Hanmer Springs Golf Club is jointly held by Adam Jacks in 2013 and Steve Pearson in 2019. Both players scored an outstanding 61.

Lynn Lunn 

 

It is with greatest sadness that we inform you of the passing of Lynn Lunn. Lynn has always been an important and vibrant member of our community and will be dearly missed.

A funeral service will take place in the clubrooms on Wednesday 7th June between 12noon and 4pm.
