Joe Gantley and Warwick Holmes easily won the combined stableford club event with 74 points followed by Sam Gavin and Matt Smith on 68 points.

Alpine Classic 

With 72 players in the field this was one of the biggest Alpine Classic's to date.

The weather, the greens, and the good natured rivalry all came together to ensure a very succesful and enjoyable tournament.

The eventual ladies winner was Susan Mullins with 76 stablefords and the mens winner was Todd Heller with 80 stablefords.

Mike Gainsford storms to victory at Pebble Beach

In a thrilling display of skill and determination, Mike Gainsford emerged victorious in the highly competitive Hanmer Springs Staff Virtual Golf Tournament played at Tees and Taps Bar. Neil Duncan returned a credible score but did rely heavily on Mulligans, while senior tour player Steve Hill was off the pace and struggled with the Californian rough.

Tees and Taps X Golf is a virtual golf simulator. Blending cutting-edge technology and golfing ability using advanced simulators, players compete in a virtual world that mirrors real-life courses. The digital greens and simulated fairways were so impressive and great fun.

The bar is available for private hire and would make a great group activity for all golfing abilities. There is a full range of beers and food available.
